Refund Policy
At Peanich-Phum Co. Ltd., we are committed to providing reliable and efficient logistics services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of logistics services, refunds are not typical and are issued solely at our discretion under specific circumstances. Once a service has been rendered (e.g., a delivery attempt has been made), the fee is generally non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Service Credit
A refund or service credit may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Service Failure by Us: If we fail to collect a booked parcel without cause.
- Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a service due to our own reasons before collection.
- Major Error: In rare cases of gross error on our part (e.g., losing a consignment, as governed by our liability terms in the T&C).
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios
No refunds will be provided for:
- Delays caused by Force Majeure events (traffic, weather, customs, unrest, etc.).
- Delays or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- Delays or failed delivery attempts because the recipient was not available at the time of delivery.
- Changes or cancellations requested by the customer after the parcel has been collected by our driver.
- Consignments detained or rejected by customs or other authorities.
- Items that are damaged due to inadequate packaging by the customer.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact our customer service team at info@peanichphum.com/+855 017918880 within 7 calendar days of the invoice date or the incident.
- Provide your tracking number, invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.
- All requests will be investigated, and we may require additional information.
5. ProcessingRefunds
- If your refund request is approved, we will process it to the original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Alternatively, a credit note for future services may be offered at our discretion.
